PAVANIS

Welcome to the web pages for Pavanis, the healing practice run by Ravenna Moncreiff. Pavanis is a term used in alchemy for the final stage of integration, where all the individual colours from the previous stages come together in a rich and brilliant array. As the name Pavanis suggests, Ravenna’s healing approach is thoroughly holistic.

The full spectrum of Pavanis healing themes is shown below, with each colour relating to a specific aspect of ourselves. In general, the activities on the right of the spectrum, together with healing through Ravenna, will enhance those on the left. Click on a colour for more about its corresponding theme and the related Pavanis approach.

Sessions with individual clients often draw on more than one of the Pavanis healing strands, with spiritual healing being used at virtually all the sessions. For best results, Ravenna recommends a specially-tailored course of sessions, gradually incorporating the full range of themes. This aims to help you explore your creative self-expression, and to reach greater personal integration. The starting point and sequence of the various themes are agreed with you on the first and subsequent visits. A full medical history is taken at the first session.
